【Regarding the display of cancellation fees when cancelling a campsite】
Due to system specifications, a cancellation fee may be displayed even if the cancellation does not occur at a time when a cancellation charge would normally be incurred, but in accordance with our cancellation policy, we will remove the charge for those who are not subject to this, so those who are not subject to this will not need to pay.

＜Cancellation fee＞

*Online reservations can be cancelled by 5pm one day prior to your stay. If you cancel after this time, you must contact the campsite directly.
*If we determine that the campsite is unsafe to use due to weather conditions or other reasons, we may close the campsite. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
*For typhoons, we decide to close the campsite based on the warning issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency.

*Check-in time is 14:00-17:00.
*We may not be able to accept your reservation (it will be treated as a cancellation) after 17:00.
If staff is available after 17:00, we can accept your reservation, but in that case a late fee will be charged.
