【Cancellation policy】

※Reservations can be made from 2 months in advance of the date of use.
Cancellation fees apply from 7 days in advance.

 

From 7 days to 3 days before…30% of accommodation fee
2 days ago / the day before………50% of accommodation fee
On the day / No contact…….100% of accommodation fee

※Cancellations made the day before are accepted until 5:00 pm one day before. Cancellations made after 17:00 will be treated as same-day cancellations.
※If you wish to cancel on the same day, please be sure to contact the campsite directly by phone.
